Q: What is the best way to get started dancing?
A: The absolute best way to get started is by coming in to speak with one of our highly trained instructors. After speaking to them they can guide you in the best direction.
Q: Do I need to have a partner?
A: NO! That is the best part! You can take private lessons from one of our instructors and partner with them, group classes will be big enough for everyone to dance with everyone when we rotate. That aside, you are still more than welcome to bring a partner.
Q: What type of shoes should I wear?
A: While rubber soles are not recommended, you can wear tennis shoes, dress shoes, sneakers and any high-heeled shoe. Regular sueded dance shoes are best to use. Flip-flops and sandals are not recommended.
Q: What if I just want to learn one dance, like Waltz or Salsa?
A: The best idea would be to speak with an instructor and take private lessons or take a look at our monthly calendar and see when your dance will be coming up.
Q: How much does a group class cost?
A: General Admission is $10; Student Admission is $6. Each class is 1 hour.
Q: Where can I show off my new dance talent?
A: First off, we have weekly parties, 8-10 p.m. on Fridays and if you come to the group class before hand you get into the party for FREE.
-Next, we have showcase dances twice a year. You can perform routines with an amateur partner or a teacher in front of your friends and family.
-Lastly we also go to competitions throughout the year.
