Q: What are the advantages of dancing the Ballroom styles like the Waltz or Tango?

A: Ballroom dancing is an all body work out! It will conditions the body, keep your heart in shape, help you to build stamina, increases flexibility and balance, help you lose weight and even relieve stress.

Q: What about the Latin dances, how are those beneficial?

A: Doing a Latin dance is a more all over intense work out for body and mind. Like the ballroom dances, latin dances can also help with endurance and stamina, weight loss, and relieve stress. Not only that but it releases toxins via sweat, may help lower blood pressure and improve cholesterol and reduce heart rate all because of its fast pace. 
     With a Latin dance style you can also burn up to 420 calories per hour as well.
